Hey, I’m Matthew — basically the guy companies call when they want their pricing to stop being… chaotic. Right now, I’m Director of Pricing at WALTER Surface Technologies, where I crunch data, spot patterns, and turn them into strategies that actually grow sales and margins (instead of just giving everyone spreadsheets-induced headaches).

Before that? I was at Lowe’s, cutting million-dollar deals with suppliers, fine-tuning assortments, and building contract frameworks. I also spent some time at The Kersheh Group (diving deep into e‑commerce analytics and category growth), Tenaquip/SCN Industrial (where I worked out deals with big MRO suppliers including WALTER), plus a good mix of product management and biz dev consulting along the way.

I co-founded Montreal Marketeers, a podcast on entrepreneurship + market strategy, where we broke down big business ideas into stuff real humans actually want to listen to. Turns out, being able to explain complex strategies without putting people to sleep is a skill on its own.
